Building technology. Growing engineers. Sharing what I learn.

I build GenAI and platform systems used across large engineering organizations, and I speak about what actually happens when that work reaches thousands of engineers. I currently do that as a staff software engineer in GenAI Engineering at Booking.com. I also keep 30 minutes free for people in the messy middle of a career or architecture decision.

Sessions are free. In the calendar notes, share the decision or situation you would like to think through.

About me

Platform work at scale – and the people doing it.

I’ve spent more than a decade in software engineering, working through the kinds of technical challenges, career questions, and uncertain decisions that come with growing in this field.

Along the way, I’ve found that I genuinely enjoy helping other engineers make sense of those moments. I mentor people both inside and outside my workplace, sharing what has helped me while staying curious about the path that is right for them.

I mentor as a practice, not a product. Sessions are free. I keep a small number of slots so the conversations stay useful.

Mentorship

What can we talk about?

You don’t need a perfectly formed question. Bring the topic that has been on your mind, and we’ll think it through together.

01

Career inflection

Level, role, stay/leave, and the next stage of impact.

02

Technical judgment

System design, architecture trade-offs, and GenAI platforms that have to work in production.

03

Voice

Finding a talk, getting on stage, and sharing work in a way that still sounds like you.

04

A stuck moment

A difficult professional situation when you want a second perspective.

Best fit: mid/senior ICs and newly staff-shaped engineers who want judgment, not a playbook.

Not a fit: interview drills, résumé rewrites, or asking for a referral.

Mentorship is free for now.

On stage

Selected speaking

I speak openly about ambitious engineering work – the architecture, the decisions, and the lessons that emerge along the way.

A simple conversation

How mentorship works

  1. 1

    Pick an available time

  2. 2

In the booking notes, write the decision or situation on your mind.

  3. 3

We have a 30 minute conversation

There is no fee.

If the calendar is full, try a later week – I keep the number of sessions small on purpose.

Let’s talk

Sometimes one good conversation can help you see the next step.

If that sounds useful, choose a time that works for you.
